I noticed from 10k that with one more on time quarterly report that the company can reapply for OTC boards vs pk. (Evidently extensions are permitted since first quarter has not been filed yet.) Do you think OTC status will have big impact?

"However after three on time filings the company can apply for re-listing on the Bulletin Board. This document will represent the second on time filing since the Pink Sheet listing. The company continues to maintain its fully reporting status."
