Shire already stated that they intend to sell their product at 35% discount. Protalix are waiting for efficacy results before pricing (in case their drug is better than Genzyme's they will probably price with a modest discount).
BTW, bear in mind that PLX may get orphan drug status and block Shire for 7-10 years.
