Well... I'm sure alot of this converting didn't just "happen" overnight. I also do believe Scott is frustrated with the pps being so low and wanting to do what it takes to get us shareholder value. This is a big plus when you are talking about penny stocks. Most wouldn't give a care so long as they could keep selling shares.

Hopefully though the current pps stays around where it is until my $$$ is cleared which should be tomorrow as I'd like to load up more at these low prices, it's like a gift.
