Its all guess work. Just think about all the fighting to get control of the company and you can see from the insiders they think there is value to the property. I would venture a guess this is more then a multi bagger ( I hate that term and it has no English meaning )The value of the stock should go up many fold when you consider its at 12 cents. I would think a few dollars shortly after the first strike.
