emais to and response from Samai
Dear Mr. Singjan,
I appreciate your response. I also understand the position you are in. You probably cannot respond to this question but why would they ask you to keep silent about their success? In addition, why do you think TFN will consider our request for PR inclusion when they have denied your wishes? I would be happy to put many shareholders together and make an effort to do this if you think it will help.
Thanks,
New management as TFN Global has deemed it there policy to release very little information and have requested that BKMP not release dupilcate press releases - as we are shareholders of TFN Global I/we have to respect there wishes, we/I might not agree with them, but that is there stated desire - if you want things to change pester TFN Global's new management to allow BKMP to report on events of TFN Global.
If you also know about this then you are getting the information you are seeking, why would we re-release that in any event.
You seem to be informed.
Good Day Sir,
I have written you before and it has been a topic of discussion that as the President of BKMP, you have a responsibility and loyalty to BKMP. As part owners of TFN, why would you be asked or even honor a request to not PR TFN news? Who owns part of who? If I owned part of a growing company which I believe I do, I would tell the world because I am proud to be a part of the growth and excitement. I also would want to make my loyal shareholders confident in their investment. If there is some other reason you have asked to be silent which affects your shareholders investment or your liability as president, it should be made transparent or it is a deliberate attempt to cover up important information which your shareholders should have been told. Frankly, I do not see the problem with including any TFN PR if BKMP is still a part owner.
We have had no information is 30 days. Perhaps nothing has changed in 30 days but TFN growth announcements are everywhere. We want to be part of it.
Thank You,
