thanks for your replies. It almost seems like there should be a chat room for loosers at the end of the day so we can make ourselves feel better hehe. To an extent I know what i am doing and i do cut my losses. When i say losses i dont mean i lost all my money. Just had a regular crappy day that i know can happen to all of us :) Good luck guys

I have recently come back to trading since the market crash in 2000 that killed me. So i know what it's like to really loose it all. Taking it easy this time. At least trying to :)
