There are no "insiders" selling as no one has filed a Form 4 or 5. That does not mean that someone close to company is not selling, just no true insiders are selling. I have no explanation for the trading pattern of late. If insiders wanted to sell....why would they just not let the stock move up for a few days on any of the good news, and then sell into a rally after it has moved up some. That would easily get them 15-30% more money for their sales?
