REGENCY ENERGY is operated by Royis Ward. In Nov 07 it was planned to merge and then Royis did not do it since ECCI was low in stock price and said in Dec 07 that it would be merged once ecci is at a good stock price. I believe its time now with any contract news and is close!!!

Regency Energy, Inc., is a privately owned Texas oil and gas energy producer, with existing production from oil and gas leases in the South Texas area. Regency Energy, Inc. primarily focuses on area of known oil and gas production from which it has years of experience and knowledge. Due to the recent upswing in oil and gas prices it has primarily directed its attention to areas that have previously produced and were abandoned in the past due to low prices. The leasing of those known areas and subsequent re-entry of the abandoned wells have proven to be quite successful.

Regency Energy, Inc. is privately owned by Mr. Royis Ward, the President and CEO of Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. In addition to his duties as officers and directors of a number of public companies, Mr. Ward, has spent a large part the last fifty years in the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Ward, President and CEO of Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. stated that he was very excited with the opportunity to allow Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. to acquire the properties and its percentage of a pipeline system owned by Regency Energy, Inc. It will give Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. the opportunity to be engaged in the hottest sectors of the country, oil and gas, and allows Ecoloclean to increase their present revenues.

ECCI President, Royis Ward, stated that due to the low price of its shares an acquisition such as contemplated with Regency Energy, Inc. would not be in the best interest of its shareholders at this time. Therefore, with the consent of Regency Energy, Inc. the contemplated acquisition was canceled effective today.
