Pardon my lack of in depth balance sheet understanding, but can you see them doing this deal today on the reports, and then tomorrow or the next day they find another "item" they missed--maybe something like the SNDK janitors used far less mop heads than was expected last three months while cleaning, which of course negates all the negatives of the preceding days and they then buy the heck out of SNDK.
Not so far fetched when you think about it.
