Of course, it wouldn't occur to you that the computer industry in the Seattle area 20 years ago was a pretty small group. Bill back then wasn't Bill Gates the billionaire, he was the local HS boy who dropped out of college to start a quite small company. I guess you think he never had any friends back then? Never hung around with other techies? Never went personally to the very small trade fairs we had back then, before the first Comdex?
You really are ignorant of where all this started and how small it really was 20+ years ago, before the IBM PC even came out.
