to buy lots of shares under a penny, heck probably under a half a penny. This company has been going nowhere fast for so long, it might be some kind of record!
Unfortunately, they don't even have a carrot to dangle out there when they do a reverse split. Without any hope of financial viability, a reverse split would do a lot more harm then good, but it's their only option besides adding billions to the float and looking at a stock price 4 places behind the decimal point.
