VGPM - notice the time and sales report at the foot of this message and then compare to the chart below the paragraph of text that follows.

The 10,000 shares at .0013 just after the open looks like a MM attempt to manipulate the chart. I am seeing an ascending triangle forming and it looks ironically like the MM's actually helped this along today. Notice the moneyflow also. With a little volume this should go and I'm sure a PR would be well timed about now. Needs volume though...
