I think it's a great letter. They are stating that yes, they know they need the big contract, however they are making progress in getting it. BUT, they are not sitting doing nothing, they are selling and making smaller contract to build the business.

I like acii today alot more then yesterday. Although, before i add more i surely want to see the contract
