The real canard is the string of ‘ifs’ and ‘ands’ and the endless ‘mights’ presented by Dew/Rancher best captured here by this thought of Rancher’s:

“if DNDN wins its motion we'll probably never know whether or not this was true …OTOH….If it is true…wouldn't you agree that this is something that shareholders deserve to know?
