The number of shares outstanding is immaterial in this kind of legal judgment or settlement. Rather, the aggregate award of damages ordered by the court or agreed to in a settlement is divided among individual claimants on a pro rata basis relative to the total documented losses of all claimants.

This is really quite simple in spite of your attempt to make it seem complicated.
