Doesn't look like the YE statement had much effect. Burn has reduced, but losses continue. Hope something nice comes out of the patent infringement issue. That company you referenced is private and sounds like a mini operation at best. I know that Pet Ecology had a deal with WalMart about three years ago that went nowhere. The orders were supposed to be container loads, but ended up being a skid here and a skid there.
Marketing is important, but customer acceptance if the real key. I wish they would knock off their prices to at least match the cheap stuff. Their margins are really too high for the product, IMO, and by matching the competion with a superior product, the sales would increase dramatically and recover any potential gross profit differences.
Heading to CA in the morning, will be watching like everyone else.
