I have been backtesting 4/19---it was a key date in both 2001 and 2002. In fact the whole period post tax paying is critical.
a weak 2nd half of April is a bearish signal.
I have put myself a cautionary alert that we do NOT get to new highs--that they are behind us--and i will have to react accordingly.
The strong case that we would is showing some cracks..

I am also going to match NASI behavior now with April 2002.
