ummm... NO. You are wrong. The chart didn't show massive dilution during all that volume and they would've had us on a serious and tight PR cycle to sell much higher (unless they are TOTAL IDIOTS) They changed Officers and they put out a PR about the purchase agreement coming to terms for a deal that was being out together through a Broker. BOTH sides comfirmed it's in the works.
Partial and whole acquistions sometimes take 3 months or more, depending on what those conditions were. I hasn't even been 45 days. Thirty to 60 days would be reasonable to me if the contract was detailed as they PR'd.
We are still in that timeframe. That's why I mentioned end of April
