Given the immense number of drug programs that complete phase-2, it would hardly take a “colossal coincidence” for Provenge (or any other drug) to show the kind of data it has shown to date without having robust efficacy.

You evidently still don’t understand the mathematical concept of program-survival bias even after myriad attempts have been made to explain it to you. (Are you really a professional mathematician?)
