Hi Minnesinger, FYI...I think Weiss is a mathematician, Princeton graduate.

I've spoken with him several times and he's very smart.

I also think he is quite charming and nice. He really seems to care about we shareholders.

I think he is working very hard to do a good job for us. That's the bottomline for me.

So I will cut him slack on the spelling for now.
