There are a number of people on the thread that were fortunate to get into HAUP around $4, and they like to play conservatively, for them, $7.30 assures 82.5% and the stop is set far enough from the bottom of the current box (around $8.25, I would guess, without reexamining the chart) so that they do not get whipsawed.
