Matt, Now we are writing about NPCT. I am not compensated by NPCT and never was to do a promotion. This is made very clear at my web site.

Two weeks ago the SEC asked me the same thing and I told them what I just wrote in the last sentance. I was given that stock as a gift for my club buying over 2.5 million shares of NPCT three years ago. That was 1999 this is 2002. I still hold the shares under restriction and list it. Technicly it is considered compensation so I list it as compensation in 1999. NPCT listed in as investors relation, filed that way.

Matt I think everyone needs to do proper DD. bullrider read my disclaimer. It says exactly what I just wrote. I wonder why it says that? Because that is exactly what took place.
