Great to hear from you. I recieved your PM last week, but am not a paying member either, so I couldn't reply. You know where to reach me if you wanna chat. BTW, congrats on up and coming #4!

I would certainly like to see this run, so all these fine people can turn a profit, but after watching SW in action for many many years, my gut feeling is that a RS will be the next move. This usually occurs on his stocks once he cant dilute anymore, and it looks like the interest in this stock is dwindling. Will Happy Encounters garner any interest from new investors if this happens? If so, then stucks will have to invest more to turn a profit. If not, then there will be plenty of others, like me, who will be the warning beacon for the unsuspecting next time around. Many bought into the concept of TFN, but this latest venture doesnt really have the same meat to it that BKMP had in it's PR's after the FCDH split. This is the hard reality of his companies. Like so many CEO's, Sandy only cares about money he can make off the shareholders.
