I was sitting here drinking a few beers trying to dig up info on AMHD a couple Sundays ago. I just picked up my cell and called Pan Am Bio (PAB). Peter was working late on that Sun. evening on a power point presentation (I think for the Costa Rican Gov.). He picked up the phone and answered a lot of questions for me.

AMHD does have a contract with Pan Am, and does plan to sell to Recope. Recope is CRs big oil company. Currently CR imports 100% of their oil, and the CR govt does not like that situation one bit.

The only major bit I got out of PK was that they are contemplating wether to go public on OTC or get bought out. He threw out the names BP and D1.

My take is: If someone big buys PAB they will not like that AMHD has the rights to 100% of their CJO and would likely buyout AMHD at the same time IMO.
