Gee, I didn't see anything about that attorney creating a story about a huge government contract that didn't exist. That looks like a simple case of a company hijacked for a pump and dump scheme by stock manipulators. Happens all too frequently.

Unfortunately for Mr. Plant, that's simply not the case here. There are no accusations of a pump and dump. This was a simple case of fraud. There was no duping, no dupee, no dupers unless you count the shareholders as those being duped. Only company insiders could have pulled this off and so far, the government is only charging one with being the mastermind and one with assisting him.

Speaking of his assistant, since you seem so knowledgable, how's Ruth's case going? Is it still on hold until after Plant's case? Want to wager on what she'll say under oath? She can perjure herself if she wants to. She'll just find herself in a cell while Jimmy is sentenced to his own little Federal accommodation.

You might find it enlightening to talk to The Idiot Heaton about Plant. He may provide a persepective that differs from the view you get talking to Plant.

As for knowingly and willingly - slam dunk. No doubt in my mind and soon in every juror's mind also. The only defense is world's biggest moron and Plant just doesn't qualify. He's not the brightest bulb, but he's got more than enough brain power to separate himself from the morons of this world by a mile.
