oddly enough the small caps are showing a lot of relative weakness this last week. the RUT and SML set all time new highs recently and are the first to close the april 2nd jobs gap. ndx for example is still well above it. MID index has done the same as the little fellas

2005...the year of the shorts and small dogs.
