No reply to my email yet. I also left a voice mail with Scott Freistad (Associate Director, SEC's Dvision of Enforcement). His number is 202-551-4962 if anyone else wants to try. There is also a number for information on the subject 202-551-4600.
On another note, I talked to the trading desk at USAA, they said the current ask is .15, and the current bid is .05. They also said they were only able to find one MM trading the stock.
