Second, J&G will be joining the Board of Directors for CSUH.
Third, by having J&G as insiders, they have a vested interest in the long-term success of the company.
Fourth, this is the same approach that Vitaminwater used when building its brand... and it was successful (i.e. have your distributors become part-owners).
I can guarantee you that this is as far from a 'pump and dump' as you can get.
