Thank you Pheonix to share with us your Email conversation with Slava.

Its answers are often frustrating because he seems not want to answer our questions. My opinion is Slava fears to give insiders information to a limited number of persons and be accused thereafter. Slava is very prudent with the details he gives and often tells us to wait the PRs. PR reachs everyone at the same time and consequently he protects himself against accusation of revealing potentials insisders information. I do not know his experience as IR representant but he seems not have a lot of experience (sorry if I am wrong). I come to this conclusion because he seems not make the difference between insisders information and general information. Telling to a shareholder that the financial report will be available soon is not an insiders information. Revealing the numbers in the report is an insisders information. This situation makes communication more difficult between him and us, unfortunatly. Maybe this situation will be corrected in the future.

Do not forget that Slava has not the liberty to release a PR neither to decide alone of his content. He executes what the Aurus BOD tells him to do. If the BOD judges that X information/question will be released/answered later for Y reason, then we have no choice to wait.

My opinion is a large part of the problem coming from Russia. BOD probably do not know how to communicate adequately with their shareholders (very often with penny stock company) and in timely manner.

I think people should continue to send email to Slava requesting information. Maybe they will understand that there is a global dissatisfaction with the quantity of information given by Aurus to shareholders.

Many of the questions I sent to Slava have been answered many weeks later. I think we should be patient and continue to communicate with Slava in a respectable language.

I know that they are slow to give us answers but they will come. The content of Emails Slava sends to us could be also better. All this do not change the fact that Aurus has a lot of potential.

I will continue to send question to Slava because I know that one day, the questions will be answered. I suggest to do the same thing to every shareholders.
