No, the replacement property is deemed identical to the
disposed property in every respect including such
attributes as "acquired on 16 January 2007". The holding
period (which is measured in months rather than days for
those who attend to such minutia) includes the holding period
of the disposed property and the period (if any) one is flat
the shares in the interim.
