Being on SHO LIST: Failed to diliver .. = more shorted shares than shares out there to borrowed. If O/S not in paper are 250 millions and it gets on SHO LIST, that means the shorties can't borrow shares to deliver. That equals OVER BORROWING from those sources that could be borrowed. Which could lead to naked shorting situation.

Per last CC, Dan mentioned that he will meet the lawyer to work on the new company spin off right away. It will take about 45 to 90 days (if i remember the time right).

That CC was around mid Feb. So ... we are about 60 days from that date. This can get very interesting. We have heard rumors that the financial was done, we get a lot of things going on the back ground etc. But there hasn't been anything to confirm it. It's either very good news coming or it's very bad.
