But I never "act up". Actually, I do more reacting than acting.

There you go again wih the semantics.

But that has nothing to do with what is found in all those airy "confessions" and "rules"--the silliest of which is usually rule #1: "Bashers never bash a bad stock." I chuckle every time someone posts that.

I totally agree. Thats not the list I was referring to anyways. That list is a joke.

There is no way anything can be made of this company without a huge infusion of capital

Yes that is what some are betting on. So leave them be. If they want to bet on that then that is their business.

which would virtually destroy any value in the shares held by current stockholders

Not necessarily.

I don't remember being "called" on anything not ficitional

There you go again with the semantics and misdirection.

unchallenged

Fine. Its the picking at every single word that irritates people. (This has got to be bugging you by now 'cause Im doing the same thing).

...by people who lack any clue as to what is going on...even though those who post it are never up to any challenge

See now thats just calling names and such. Remember, attack the post, not the poster.

I see Brandon Toth did at least report himself to Pink Sheets as the President, which is more than Smith and Marconette did in the last nine months.

Ahhh, a ray of hope. Not much but Im willing to give the guy some time (1yr) to make something happen here. Im sitting on a few shares but wont be buying more unless something concrete happens. And no Im not holding my breath either. This is likely a tax writeoff anyways.

What do you see as the next possible positive(s) for the company?

Likely a new partner/merger/buyout. Oil industry is suffering and going through massive changes. Ive had 4 companies get boughtout/merged in the last year. Maybe someone will come looking for a shell. You just never know with these things.
