As 4cast we look to have a GAP up this morning and we'll use said GAP to exit some long positions and take Profits!
We expect prices to Peak in the first 30 minutes and work lower the remainder of the day closing at or near the lows?
We suspect this morning is a Test-Run for Tuesday morning since Alcoa reports after da-bell!?
The daily range has been .75/1.20 the last seven days so let's extrapolate shall we?
Using .75
Open, 46.10
High, 46.85 (46.10 + .75)
Low, 45.35 (46.10 - .75)
Using 1.20
Open, 46.10
High, 47.30 (46.10 + 1.20)
Low, 44.90 (46.10 - 1.20)
When we look from this daily range perspective it's easy to accept the current 4cast (see below), yes?
We'll use the GAP up to exit our Apr46 calls and take gains, maybe out at $1.00 with a .18 gain that'll post as $2.88 with 160 contracts!?
