Steve,

What % were you invested in the RE sector this am?? Down 10%, that is quite extreme. I suppose that the refi window is closed. We're at 5.375 fixed for 30 years. Was hoping to get 4.75 fixed 30 yr.

What am I missing today. NDX is up 0.50%, but none of the sectors I track are running that high. I wonder what is pushing up the NDX???
