Gene you are right. Tara Gold only has 2 employees right now. If they decide to develop any of their properties themselves eg. Las Militas [which I doubt} they will have to hire many people. Right now all development is being done by the J/V partners who obviously are employing many workers.
Personally I would like Tara Gold /Minerals to add a CFO and in house lawyer , at a minimum , to keep Mr. Biscan focussed on what he does best- acquire new properties and make deals.
