I'll be chatting with big D's cheif burner engineer off and on for the forseeable future.
The R&D outfit I work with has developed a new burner that will burn Bunker-C,
with minimal by-products - and almost 0 particulates.

(225kVAC-to: O-to5kVC variable), and tons of facilities distribution 13.2kV on down.
