The 9150e was simulated from a black edition and not the genuine article at the right voltage.

Note: The power requirement of the Phenom 9100e/9150 represents only a provisional value, since the CPU with a faster processor was simulated. The classification of 65 watts is likely by lowering the operating voltage of 1.15 volts round course for the benefit of the processor out. Furthermore, we have a Phenom X4 9850 even with 1.25, not 1.3 volt operation, the AMD Samples with the press along the way.
