hey. yeah i understand. I take a look on that village investor board a lot because there is more traffic over there. they answered my questions.

someone replied to both my questions with this reply, which seemed to make sense:

1) The Pinksheet has not updated CNEH's profile for 4 years. CNEH was formed in March 2004 when Draco Holding Corp. was merged with Hong Xiang Petroleum Group Ltd. The Pinlsheet profile is related to the old Draco, which was in children Amusement & Recreation Services

(2) The float is 12.5 milions per Yahoo, so not a small float.

All the informatin is in 10K and 10Q filings from 2004-2007.

Also, the Q4 results have come out: i forget the details, but they were quite good. Also they issues about another 1.8 million shares bringing from approx 18mil to now 19.5 million or something.
Those shares were issues to an investor or along those lines I think; it is not part of the float I do not think.

Let me know any better details on the Q4 details if you get them; i have to look into this myself actually.
