The RSMI scam would not exist if original investors weren't blinded by greed. Ray was able to sell the "disruptive technology" story to people because they thought they could get rich by buying a penny stock. Agreeing to becoming a director director doesn't create the scam or even prolong it.

Does anyone really think that Swope's reputation will be even slightly damaged because he is on the BOD of a scam?
