Well, not that far apart, I have that "close to 1900" as the October low (#msg-2173553). As for the actual December picture you have (1913, 1852 and 2003). I am not that sure yet. I doubt Israel political situation will have any impact this year, until Iraq settles down, the Israeli/Palestinian conflict takes "second place".
