Indeed you were. Back then the thread was largely for the war. The lack of asking the simplest of critical questions amongst the Hawks was rampant. With %90 of world opinion against the war you would think more Americans might have given the whole thing a second thought. The whole excuse for invading was pretty much feed by hysteria and thus facts were beside the point.
