Well, what I was looking for is the ultimate pick of safety and probable upside with big potential. I was outside weeding and was wondering who you would pick, Fletch. I like that you picked sonse and neng.

If we weigh safety more, I am going to have to pick an amat, xlnx, lltc, maybe even intc. txn if it drooped enough..this line of thinking.

But if I am going for the throat..huge upside, but I could be roadkill but probably wouldn't be, I am going to have to go with neng, sonse, bkhm, jdsu, fnsr...jnpr...like that.

why not emc: I duuno...I worry about having Ibm around and cut throat pricing
why jnpr with csco around...csco hasn't engaged in brutal pricing strategies really and jnpr has been fighting this fight for a long while
why not neng? its acting like crap...is it meaningful..i dunno
why not sonse? lots of unkowns
why bkhm? a way of playing nt and its selling for a low multiple of cash.
why not avnx? tough to say
why jdsu? dominant player and we should get lots of optical equipment spending, right? right?? RIGHT??
