that is NOT the point. the point i am making is that the $80mil contract pr was the bait that gave the stock the boost to gain liquidity to dump the shares and raise the money. the information continued to flow during the entire time they were raising money. now, that they have the money, the news seems to have come to a quiet halt and the 6-8 week window that was promised to deliver contract details has passed and we have heard nothing.
