INTC has not rebounded much from the selling it saw after it reduced updated guidance. Honestly BULLarkey every major index except the Russell 2000 has been hitting lower highs and lower lows. Only the Russell 2000 looks good right now.

It's going to take outstanding earnings and outlooks to get the market back on sound ground. INTC and the SMH are key to the Nasdaq just as the BKX is a big key to the DJIA and the SPX.

Interest rates will rise if we continue to see improvements in the jobs numbers. That won't be good for the market in my opinion because it is likely to cause money to rotate out of stocks into bonds.
