<<I am NOT a perma Bear or Bull. But the correction since March of 2000 looks "incomplete" to me. IMHO.>> o but it is incomplete, i am a member of small group that contend the Bear Market has not EVEN started---funny yes, but we are not actually joking.
I am trying to time this as finitely as i can, at this time i do not have any signal that we do NOT have more up to go, but that window is closing fast.
From my self-interested/selfish view i am hoping nothing stalls this present rally from achieving new highs BUT i find i have to spell this out very carefully(vbg)
By new highs i mean new highs for 2004 , i am not even thinking about 2000 highs.
My position i state once again, we have new highs for 2004 ahead and those new highs(not the 2000 highs) will not be seen again FOR YEARS to come.
