You'll notice the "imo" in my post. My opinion is that this is a scam. I don't need to prove anything. The board action alone is but one example of "proof" that leads me to my opinion. Did you stop and ask yourself why the "big promo" never occured, and why this stock is at .011? Or how about 3/18-3/28? It's called a "set-up".
