Regarding the "Popcorn" Service:

Two things "pop" out at me:

First, the market being addressed initially at least looks fairly small, as it mentions $2.6 million, or less than 1% of the population.

Second, if I have read it correctly, the customer HAS to buy a DVD of the movie they are going to watch on VOD. If they have seen it already at the movie theater, they are being forced to download it on VOD and pay whatever VOD costs are associated with it even though they may not want to watch it again, just in order to buy it. How many of those people will be in such a hurry to buy it that they will do that? If they haven't yet seen it, they are required to BUY it AND watch it on VOD. How many people are going to want to buy something they haven't yet seen?

Am I missing something here?
