it's a foundry too where cost also matters

1) ROFL. No one I know who has negotiated with both IBM
Micro and the Asian foundries would ever describe IBM as
a foundry where "cost also matters". :-P

2) IBM Micro ain't much of foundry and its getting smaller
and more insignificant with each passing day
