Last year TI didn't disclose its intentions to get out of the
process development business either until the moment it
was announced. Then it fired most of its people working
on 32 nm.

BTW, if SOI was even half as good as IBM Micro swears
up and down it is then it's curious that IBM and Charted
plan to be messing around with bulk at 22 nm. ;^)
