.the real kicker is the bridge..... bouncegps...which is owned by remote dynamics(asset axchange...and how monarch bay capital group took control of remote dynamics...is the subsidiary of bounce mobile systems.....the subsidiary(bouncegps)...is a financial bridge to solana technologies:

The Company has a revolving note payable to BounceGPS, Inc. ("Bounce") to
provide the Company with working capital in amounts up to $500,000 through
December 31, 2008. David Walters is the chairman and chief executive officer of
Bounce Mobile Systems, Inc. ("BMSI"), the parent company of Bounce, and
beneficially owns a majority of the outstanding common stock of BMSI. The note
payable bears interest at the greater of 10% per annum or $150. During the
period ended December 31, 2006, the Company had borrowed an aggregate of
$183,975, which was repaid in full prior to December 31, 2006. Interest expense
on the note was $1,147 for the period ended December 31, 2006. As of December
31, 2006, accrued interest payable on the note was $1,147 and is included in
accrued expenses in the accompanying consolidated balance sheet. In May 2007,
the accrued interest payable was re-paid in full and the agreement was
terminated by mutual consent.

now put that into context with what monarch staffing is....and some of those other companies mentioned.then throw in "sanspar"........a centralized control unit..whether deemed a holding company or not........worst case...forget about that.forget about the merger.and realize.that something will happen.because these guys are that aggressive..........maybe our timing is off.....but it is there......

here is a good one.systems evolution owns about 49% of datalogic...datalogic took there "IT business" off of them during the transaction.....and other parts went to remote dynamics(bouncegps..thru bounce mobile systems)...and solana technologies got a 500 thousand dollar customer list....remote dynamics now holds the 5.8 million dollar lawsuit that was levied against datalogic(the lawsuit was part of bouncegps..the former owners of bounce gps..was...datalogic)

...............spheeewwwwww........and i get upset when people don't get it......shame on me....for i do not have a day job.....this kind of stuff is all i do..........
