The Company has a revolving note payable to BounceGPS, Inc. ("Bounce") to

here is a good one.systems evolution owns about 49% of datalogic...datalogic took there "IT business" off of them during the transaction.....and other parts went to remote dynamics(bouncegps..thru bounce mobile systems)...and solana technologies got a 500 thousand dollar customer list....remote dynamics now holds the 5.8 million dollar lawsuit that was levied against datalogic(the lawsuit was part of bouncegps..the former owners of bounce gps..was...datalogic)
